  • The Process

    Our screen printing process includes several steps before we can start applying ink to the garments. Each color requires burning or developing a screen or stencil, which means setup work for every color. However, our advanced technology and equipment at Merchcraft enable us to complete the job quickly and efficiently.

  • Color

    We can print up to 12 colors with our setup. With full-color screen printing and simulated process, we can use halftones to achieve the appearance of a much higher range. We use a Pantone color match system for print accuracy to ensure prints reflect your artwork as closely as possible.

  • Print Size

    Our jumbo screen printing setups can print up to 16” wide by 21” tall for all your larger print needs. We also specialize in oversized screen printing to accommodate more extensive designs. Merchcraft is not your average print shop. We use top-of-the-line equipment and materials and put in the extra work to get our clients the best possible prints.
